These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber") and Women Who Trade Pty Ltd (ACN 665 680 606) ("the Company"). By accessing or enrolling in The CryptoLab™ program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

By enrolling in The Crypto Lab Program, you agree ,accepted and understood to comply with the following:


1.1. Introduction Welcome to The CryptoLab! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our program, courses, digital tools, portfolio systems, community chat, and any additional features offered.

1.2 The CryptoLab ("the Research Program") is provided by Women Who Trade Pty Ltd (ACN 665 680 606) ("the Company"). By accessing the Program, you agree to comply with all the Terms set forth in this document.




2. Access and Use

2.1 Upon full payment you will receive:
- Lifetime access to course curriculum and strategy modules
- Access to the Research Portfolio system for this current bull run only (not future market cycles)
- Daily updates, mentorship, and chat access through the Telegram group during the current cycle only

2.2 All content is for individual use only and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

2.3 Participants may not promote their own tokens or financial products within the community.




3. Termination

3.1 The Company reserves the right to remove any subscriber who violates these Terms, engages in misconduct, or shares materials without authorization.




4. Refund Policy

4.1 As The CryptoLab provides immediate access to digital research content upon enrollment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4.2 This policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law and international regulations governing digital product purchases.

5. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Participants are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the highest standards of conduct while engaging in The CryptoLab's research program. This includes adhering to the provided program guidelines and treating fellow participants and program materials with respect.

5.2 Any violations of the program guidelines, such as hate speech, profanity, racism, promotion of brokerage services, or involvement in illegal activities, will result in immediate disqualification from the Program without any eligibility for a refund.

5.3 Participants are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring that they do not share access to their account with any unauthorized individuals. Any unauthorized sharing of account information may result in immediate termination of access to the program.

5.4 Participants are also encouraged to remain vigilant against phishing attempts, scams, and fraudulent activities within the crypto and investment community. The CryptoLab shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of participants' interactions with external entities or individuals.



6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

6.1 All video lessons, documents, templates, and proprietary systems belong exclusively to The CryptoLab™ by Women Who Trade Pty Ltd.

6.2 Redistribution or replication of course content without permission is strictly prohibited.
